Investors are getting picky about software as the AI disruption heats up
Over the past quarter, valuations in the SaaS sector have continued to correct downwards. Interestingly, the median multiples in Europe and North America converged in Q1 2026. While the overall market shows signs of slowing, investors remain willing to pay a high premium for companies that can maintain "healthy growth" (Rule of 40) even in today's turbulant environment.
