Duna House Group has acquired a majority stake in HGroup.
Duna House Group is the largest real estate group in Central and Eastern Europe. With its franchise networks, it is a key player in real estate and financial services in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, and now in Italy as well.
HGroup is currently the second largest mortgage loan broker in Italy by network size and it plans to reach No. 1 position in the Italian market in 2022. The group also has a substantial insurance brokerage activity and has started to build a real estate brokerage business.
Heal Partners, in cooperation with its Italian Globalscope partner, has provided certain transaction advisory services to Duna House Group.
